The police responded, but the owner and the dog who did the attacking had fled the park. We need your assitance in finding our who this person is. "The dog who attacked us was a English bulldog, female, goes by Rygel and wears a black harness with little paws and cross bones on it. " The owner of the dog is decribed as an older woman with graying blond hair, medium to thick build, about 5'6". the dog was white with carmel spots. According to witnesses, the owner showed blantant disregard for the safety of the dog or the person involved. We need your assistance in finding this person, at least so the dog can be tested to be sure it does not have rabies. If you see this woman in the park, I would recommend trying to get her car license number, rather than approaching her. The board of Dogpaw is dedicated to making sure our parks stay as safe as possible, but we need the help of all our members who are out there. If you witness an incident and the owner of the dog is not being responsible, please safely follow that person out of the park and get their car license number. We can then turn that over to police or animal control. We cannot allow people like this woman to continue to use our parks! thanks Pam Goe Dogpaw President ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
