Subject: [DOGPAW] ROSS - BPA Notice for 10/17/2007

Hello all,

AVOID ROSS park on WED OCT 17th NOON to 5 PM.

We have just gotten notification that BPA will be performing training  
exercises on the ROSS Substation on October 17th. These training  
exercises include the use of small explosives. BPA has scheduled  
12:30 to 4:30 PM for these training exercises.

The biggest concern is that the noise from the explosions may  
frighten our beloved dogs. This may effect their otherwise  
predictable behavior. Please plan your day accordingly.
