Subject: [DOGPAW] Park hours

We have been contacted by the Parks department regarding complaints of 
barking dogs in the early morning hours at Pacific Park.  They have reminded us that 
the park hours are 7am to dusk for both off leash parks.  Neighbors along the 
park have been told by the  Parks department that they should contact 911 to 
report any noise in the parks before 7am.  Violators can be ticketed.
