Come and join the fun...
all proceeds benefit the dog parks and are tax-deductible!
We only have 1-2 tent vendor fairs per year
with several activities and vendors for visitors and their dogs.
Typically, we have 15-20 vendors and approx 500 visitors at these events.

Did you know... our website attracts over 1200 monthly visitors
and our dog parks have over 1600 visitors per day?
Sound like a good way to advertise?

Both vendors and donors are advertised
and may donate a tax-deductible raffle item (whether you attend or not)
to be listed in our handout and online.

VENDOR INFO:

It's ideal to have vendor and volunteer information 7-10 business days prior to an event for planning purposes. However, we will hold off printing, as long as we can. Vendors and donors - respond quickly to be included within our event advertising.

The vendor donation fee is for the space provided at our event. There is no charge for non-profits, but this form still needs to be completed. Vendor spots (10x10) are $50.00, 50% discount for active [ ad sponsors ]. Each vendor must send payment & form. To share space - Ask us. Please choose...

OUR NEEDS:

We are typically in need of the following for our vendor fair events:

• Vendors who will receive 10'x10' space for $50, 50% discount for active [ ad sponsors ].
  
  
• Small ticket prizes (under $20) for price categorized spinning wheel
  (balls, leashes, toys, key chains, notepads, mugs, flashlights, etc).
  
  
• Big ticket prizes ($20 and up) for price category raffles
  (gift baskets, gift certificates, movie pass, television, vacation, etc).
  
  
• Volunteers to attend planning meeting(s)
  (see current event for details, evening, or contact "events").
  
  
• Volunteers to cleanup the park the weekend prior
  (see current event for details, morning, or contact "events").
  
  
• Volunteers the day of the event for setup, take-down, etc
  (see current event for details, 8am-4pm, or contact "events").
